The purpose of this section is to inform citizens about the processing of personal data carried out by Bilbao Ekintza EPEL in the exercise of its powers.
Bilbao Ekintza EPEL as responsible for the processing of personal data, acts in accordance with current legislation:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) [Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council - of 27 April 2016 - on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data], GDPR.
- The Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights LOPDPGDDD.
- The Organic Law 7/2021, of May 26, on the protection of personal data processed for the purposes of prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of criminal offenses and enforcement of criminal penalties.
