Bilbao Ekintza collaborates with Bizkaia Talent and its Be Basquet Talent Network, the largest network of highly-qualified professionals linked to, or who wish to be linked to, the Basque Country, regardless of where they originally come from, with the aim of attracting and retaining talent in the city.
Actions designed with this in mind include the organisation of conferences in a number of European cities, where Basque organisations from specific sectors meet highly-qualified Basque specialists and researchers who are currently working in areas close to these European cities. At these meetings, the organisations have the opportunity to present the projects and activities they are developing and to compile profiles of professionals in order to study the possibility of their return and/or collaboration.
Bilbao Ekintza supports Bizkaia Talent at their Be Basque Talent Conferences, structured and non-massive networking encounters. Here, friendly and relaxed relationships between participants and representatives from the Basque companies serve to guarantee the establishment of professional relations in an atmosphere of trust.
