Bilbao Ekintza has a network of spaces focussed on the service and promotion of entrepreneurship, in particular in those sectors or areas of smart specialisation identified by the city (creative industries, advanced services, digital economy and tourism).

• Big Bilbao: The Bilbao Ekintza entrepreneurship centre, located in the Ensache building.
• Auzo Factorys:Spaces available for new business projects in Bilbao. It has locations in the districts of Matiko, Bolueta, Rekalde and San Francisco.
• Bilbao Arena: The multi-purpose centre of reference in the city, designed to host all kinds of events with projection for the city.
• Bilbao Ekintza offices: Located in the Terminus building, in the heart of the Plaza Circular, it hosts the main departments of the municipal company.
• Tourism offices: With the aim of offering the best information to tourists visiting Bilbao, it has two offices; one in the Terminus building in Plaza Circular and the other in front of the Guggenheim Museum.
