Bilbao Ekintza has two Tourist Assistance offices in Bilbao. One is located in the Terminus Building, in Plaza Circular (Plaza Circular, nº 1) and the other is next to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao (Alameda Mazarredo, nº 66).

Hours of service to the public:

– Plaza Circular Office: Monday to Sunday: 9:00- 20:00. Open every day of the year.

– Office next to the Guggenheim Museum: Monday to Saturday: 10:00-19:00, Sundays and holidays: 10:00-15:00.

Summer schedule (July and August): Monday to Sunday: 10:00-19:00

They attend to queries and requests for information in six different languages: Spanish, Basque, English, French, German and Italian.
