The groups of people for whom the Employment Plans are designed are the following:

– Bilbao Employment Plan: People who are holders or beneficiaries of the Income Guarantee Income (RGI), people under 35 and over 45 years of age, long-term unemployed people registered with Lanbide for a period of at least 12 months in the last 18 months prior to hiring, people who have lost their jobs as a result of the health crisis caused by Covid-19 and people at risk of exclusion

– Youth Employment Plan: People under 30.

As regards the duration of the contracts, in the case of the Bilbao Employment Plan the employment contract is formalized for a period of between three and six months, while in the case of the Youth Employment Plan it is a one-year contract, both full-time.

In any case, there is no provision for extending these contracts beyond the maximum duration of six months in the case of the Bilbao Employment Plan and one year in the case of the Youth Employment Plan.
